Obstacles in meditation can often be swept aside by generating a strong flow of energy. Meditating daily gives your practice momentum and depth. You'll also find meditating with others extremely beneficial. Paramhansa Yogananda said that "environment is stronger than willpower," and the company we keep determines whether our energy goes toward emotion or devotion. Mix more with those that encourage your highest aspirations. The more you do, the greater will be your progress. Ask also that the Great Ones bless and guide your practice. Think of them as you meditate and pray, and you will feel a great reinforcement of power.
